The One Piece That Will Make You Look Put Together… Even When You’re Not

SAM_9919.JPG

It’s that time of year again we are officially in “store run” season. Between Thanksgiving and the holidays, I am always on the run. We can all use an outfit combination that can be put together quick, fast, and in a hurry. A sweater cape is the perfect third piece to throw over a t-shirt, light sweater, or a thermal. It gives the illusion that you tried when you really didn’t!!

I found this cape at wait for it… Dress Barn! I feel like I’ve said this before but don’t sleep on Dress Barn they have great affordable plus options for work and for play. I highly recommend taking a second look at their selection I love when a store offers plus outside of sexy outfits for nights out. Don’t get me wrong I love a sexy look but I live a whole life after and before sexy time. My sweater is sold out but I found some cute options:

I’m sure it’s hard to believe but I actually don’t spend a lot of time getting dressed. Outfit combinations like this are the reason why I’m usually out the door in less than 20 minutes. Hopefully, this look gives you some inspiration for you to create a stylish out the door in a flash outfit.

Being short waisted is a nice way of my butt sits up really high which means my skirt will appear appropriate in the front and the full monty in the back. Which is a common dilemma for us Tulip shaped girls (Find out more about our body type here)  Is this you too? Continue reading #CurrentlyObsessed | Long Boots and Short Dresses
